In light of the rising cases of COVID in Suffolk, we have sadly taken the decision not to hold our Sunday services in person in our beautiful Church for the time being. This decision has been a painful but necessary one. We are, however, still committed to providing worship in other ways.
Please be assured that Whitton Parish Church Council will always act responsibly. We will be open again for public worship as soon as it is safe to do so.
As a Church, we remain able to help people in need and our Church leaders, are always ready to listen and talk if you have pastoral needs, please contact either Rev. Mary Sokanovic on 07824 323 073 or Rev. Maureen Bonsall on 07762 001 086
We livestream our Sunday Service each Sunday morning at 9.30am via our Facebook page – Parish of Whitton. The Order of Service and Pew Sheet for the service, including the hymns being played are attached each week, ahead of the service, on our website page – www.whittonparish.co.uk
Each evening at 9pm we hold a short service of Compline. Compline is a quiet service of prayers and reflections to close the day. It is also accessible via our Facebook page
Please do continue to keep in touch with one another, within the guidelines, and ensure that all those around you are safe and well.
We can still worship with other Christians in our own community and throughout the world. Here are some ideas:
